On this The Global Film Show report, Editor-In-Chief Diego Andaluz reviews Loki. Joined by numerous global contributors, they discuss their in-depth thoughts on the technical and thematic strengths and shortcomings of the series, among other notable highlights.
Picking up immediately after Loki steals the Tesseract (again), he finds himself called before the Time Variance Authority, a bureaucratic organization that exists outside of time and space, forced to answer for his crimes against the timeline and given a choice: face deletion from reality or assist in catching an even greater threat.
LOKI may just be the best series of the so far. With a charismatic performance from Tom Hiddleston, remarkably clever writing, and stunning visual craftsmanship brought together by sharp direction, it results in Marvel’s most ambitious project yet!
LOKI is also the Marvel’s best looking project overall. t’s visually dynamic with colors that pop, intriguing framing, and more! This seems like one of the first projects in which Marvel is letting their crew’s independent artistic roots show!
